in practice, he helps clients effectively navigate corporate and regulatory matters. he has been the key person in a number m&a transactions where he guided investors purchasing local targets. he is experienced at advising clients during business negotiations and amicable dispute settlement. karlo has also successfully represented clients in a wide range of commercial disputes.

karlo graduated from the faculty of law of the university of zagreb.
